The free introductory evaluation is the simplest way to begin with Blueprint Athletics. It gives the athlete and family a chance to share goals, understand the process, and receive a recommended next step.
Before You Arrive
Be ready to share the athlete's age or level, position, current schedule, recent training, and primary goals. Tell Blueprint about current pain, restrictions, or medical guidance before participating.
- Athlete goals
- Current team and throwing schedule
- Recent training history
- Relevant restrictions or medical guidance
- Questions from the athlete or parent
During the Introductory Evaluation
Blueprint will discuss the athlete's needs and use an appropriate introductory assessment to establish context. The exact activities can vary based on age, level, readiness, and current training status.
A free introductory evaluation is not automatically the same as a comprehensive paid evaluation, and it does not guarantee a TrackMan bullpen.
After the Evaluation
Blueprint explains the recommended next step and which program structure may fit best. Athletes can compare full in-person development, hybrid training, remote development, professional training, or a single session where appropriate.
