Athletes follow a structured 5-day training schedule that integrates throwing, strength training, and recovery. Throwing sessions are strategically planned, with high-intent days carefully aligned alongside lifting sessions to maximize performance while managing fatigue. Each program is tailored by level, ensuring that every athlete is training at the appropriate intensity and volume for optimal development.
We use advanced technology and performance tracking tools to monitor key metrics such as velocity, movement profiles, strength output, and recovery markers. This allows us to make informed adjustments and ensure consistent improvement.
